2. Products and Services

District 23 offers custom streetwear products including hoodies, t-shirts, and tote bags with personalized embroidery. All products are made to order based on your specifications.

• Product colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings
• Custom embroidery is final and cannot be changed after order confirmation
• Production time is 7-14 business days for custom orders

3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

• All prices are in PLN (Polish Zloty) unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be received before production begins
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

4. Custom Orders

Custom embroidered products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge:

• Custom text is limited to 12 characters
• We reserve the right to refuse offensive or inappropriate text
• Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective
• You are responsible for spelling and accuracy of custom text

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Poland and internationally. Shipping times vary by location:

• Poland: 2-5 business days
• EU: 5-10 business days
• International: 10-20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for customs fees or import duties for international orders.
