REFUND
POLICY

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return non-customized products for a full refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging

2. Custom Orders

Custom embroidered products are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged. This is because custom items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

We will accept returns for custom orders only if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We made an error in the embroidery (wrong text, placement, or color)
  • The product significantly differs from what was ordered

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Include: Order number, reason for return, and photos (if defective)

We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number.

4. Return Shipping

Standard returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation
  • Process your refund within 5-7 business days
  • Refund to your original payment method

Please note: It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • Description of the issue

We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom embroidered products (unless defective)
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
