1. Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Processing times vary by product type:

  • Standard products: 3-5 business days
  • Custom embroidered products: 7-14 business days

Processing time begins after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification when your order ships with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Times

🇵🇱 Poland

  • Standard: 2-5 business days
  • Express: 1-2 business days

🇪🇺 European Union

  • Standard: 5-10 business days
  • Express: 3-5 business days

🌍 International

  • Standard: 10-20 business days
  • Express: 5-10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Shipping method selected
  • Order weight and size

Free shipping: Available for orders over 300 PLN within Poland.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number
  • Link to track your package

You can track your order 24/7 using the tracking link provided. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. International Orders

We ship worldwide! Important information for international customers:

  • Customs & Duties: You are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be delayed by customs processing
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including postal code

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues:

Lost Package

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your building's reception. Contact us within 48 hours.

Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Wrong Address

If you provided an incorrect address, contact us immediately. We may be able to redirect the package, but additional fees may apply.
